These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Heritage Dialects™ learning platform located at
https://learn.heritagedialects.com/. By accessing the website, creating an account, or enrolling in any
course, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Heritage Dialects™ Heritage Dialects™ provides culturally rooted, digital learning experiences
focused on African American language, history, and linguistic heritage.
2. Eligibility & Age Requirements Users must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or make
a purchase. Minors may use the platform only with parental or guardian consent.
3. Accounts & Access You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
and all activity under your account.
4. Digital Delivery All courses are digital products delivered electronically. Access is granted after
successful payment.
5. Pricing & Payments All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Payments are securely processed
through Stripe.
6. Intellectual Property All course materials are the intellectual property of Heritage Dialects™ LLC and
may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without written permission.
7. Community Guidelines Respectful participation is required. Violations may result in removal from
community spaces or termination of access without refund.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability Services are provided “as is” without guarantees of outcomes.
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, United States.
